Opting for the Premium Plan, which guarantees your rent, includes everything in the Plus Plan and also ensures 6 months of rent in the event of non-payment. This service costs 7.5% plus VAT of the monthly rent, which will also be automatically deducted from your monthly payment.

One of our agents will contact you to schedule a photo shoot so your property is ready to be rented through Propi. Before the rental is finalized, make sure you’ve uploaded the personal or institutional documents confirming your ownership of the property to your dashboard.

Yes, you can share the photos you already have with our agents. However, these will be analyzed to ensure they meet Propi's quality standards. In addition, a visit to your property will be scheduled to take a 360° tour, which is completely free of charge.

Currently, we offer our services in Zonas 10, 11, 14, 15, and 16.

We specialize in residential properties, whether houses or apartments. We do not manage individual room rentals. In addition, it is essential that the property is in optimal condition to offer a safe, livable home and is located within our coverage area, with a minimum rental period of 6 months.

The Propers are all the agents, both in-house and freelance, who are part of Propi's sales team. They are divided into two types: Proper Photographer, responsible for verifying the condition of the property, taking photos and videos, and creating 360° virtual tours; and Proper Agent, experts in the field trained to show your property, secure the rental of your property, and provide support to both the tenant and the owner throughout the rental process.

Absolutely! When you list your property, choose the Platform package. Listing, the photo shoot, and showing your property to potential tenants with our Propers are completely free. When you accept a rental offer, you'll only be charged the brokerage fee (equivalent to one month's rent + VAT), which will be deducted from the tenant's first payment.

In addition to listing, a photo shoot, and showing your property to potential tenants, upon acceptance of a rental offer, you'll only be charged a brokerage fee (equivalent to half a month's rent + VAT), which will be deducted from the tenant's first payment. During the term of your lease, you'll receive insurance through our partnership with ASESUISA for up to $5,000, and we'll handle all collections, repairs, and payments to property managers in the Plus package, for 5.5% of the monthly rent plus VAT. If you choose the Premium package, for 7.5% of the monthly rent plus VAT, it includes everything mentioned above, plus guaranteed rent in case of non-payment, ensuring you receive your rent on the 7th of each month.

If the tenant fails to pay the rent within the first five days of the month, a daily penalty will be applied as stipulated in the lease agreement. If the rent remains unpaid by the 15th, the tenant will be notified by mail and a legal collection process will be initiated, with reports being made to credit bureaus that will negatively impact their credit score. After 30 days of non-payment, eviction proceedings will be initiated.

The tenant has until the first 5 days of the month to make the rent payment. Once made, the money will be deposited into your account within a maximum of 48 hours.

Contents Insurance in partnership with ASESUISA covers damage from fire, lightning, catastrophic events, damage caused by rainwater, drinking water, and/or sewage, as well as damage from electrical currents. It also provides coverage in cases of theft and robbery with violence.

To do this, follow these steps from your Propi account after logging in:

1. Click on 'Offers and properties'.
2. Select the property.
3. Click on 'Visits'.
4. You will be able to coordinate visits.

Within the Received Offers section, you have the option to accept, reject, and negotiate. To negotiate your offer, you can adjust the monthly rent, the contract term, and the move-in date. This way, you can get the best deal for you.

After you accept the offer, Propi will handle the contract signing, simplifying the process for you. Your only task will be to carefully review the contract and confirm your acceptance.
