• A valid DPI or passport if you are a foreign national.
• Proof of income — this can be an IGSS statement, a letter from your employer, or a bank statement.
• Proof of income commensurate with the rent amount.
• Personal or business references, as requested by the landlord.

Can I rent a place in Guatemala as a foreigner?
