Apartamento en San Salvador, Art Haus

The rent is $1,500.00 per month. The deposit is 1 month of rent and the minimum contract is 6 months.

It includes appliances, but not furniture. The home is delivered unfurnished, so you get to make it your own.

With Propi you only pay what is necessary. When you rent, you pay the first month of rent and a deposit equal to one month of rent. The deposit is paid only at the start.

It's very simple! We only need to verify your income. You must accept the terms and conditions for a free credit bureau check, prove household income equal to 3 times the rent, and provide your salary certificate and a DUI or passport. The income of the people who will live in the property can be combined. If you are a foreigner, you need a valid temporary residence permit issued no more than 4 years ago.

As soon as possible after accepting your offer! Once it is approved, you have 72 hours to pay the deposit and the first month of rent. Until the payments are made and the contract is signed, the property remains available on the marketplace.

Easy, fast and 100% digital! You will receive the contract in Propi and by email, with no need to print documents or look for a lawyer. After you receive it, you have 3 days to sign it and pay the first month of rent.
